NTI Work
Hello, guitar padawans! I miss you very much. During our absence, you will review your choice between one of two masterful, well-known guitar albums: Leo Kottke's "Greenhouse" or Led Zeppelin's "Led Zeppelin IV." The playlists for both are below. Again, just pick one album (although you should certainly to both for your own enjoyment!)
Write approximately a paragraph response for each track on the album. What do you hear, notice, observe, or feel about each song? How is it similar or different from other things you've heard?
You need to finish this by May 5, the last day for students. This is in addition to the initial NTI assignment: the guitar player research questions. If you have lost that document, the PDF for it is provided below. You can screenshot your answers to me, or even type them in a new format and submit to me. Whatever is easier.
You can complete and return your work through any method you prefer: Remind, email, sharing a Google Doc, dropping off or mailing at the school, etc. Whatever is easy and how you prefer to work. My email is [email protected]. To join the Remind if you're in 6th period, it is @grcguitar6. For 7th period, it is @grcguitar7.
Please do not hesitate to ask me any questions or let me know of any concerns. I know that not everyone has the same technology, time, or support systems, especially in a time of social distancing. You should have no shame in telling me that you'll have trouble completing an assignment because of a barrier you are facing.
Finally, I will try to share and post resources and materials for practicing guitar if you are one of the lucky people who have a guitar at home. Keep practicing and have fun!
